Cool stuff. 

The fragments come up too fast for you to be able to adjust course and the boost doesn't really give you any advantage. 

Also it would've been cool if the environment changed a little as you got closer to home. And then the ending maybe being something a little more.

But I liked it overall. The floating car is a satisfying idea.
