Just played the map yesterday with Cairn in three hours. Great map for one evening! 

My players and I enjoyed the weirdness, I emphasized the cult factor - the candle knights praised the holy candle and tried to pursue players to leave their flesh behind and become wax, the cultists in room 4 drank wax to be become a candle and so on :)

Only plot hole was: why the Candle Lich is resistant against fire? Placed a pool of wax in the room of the Lich where new cultist had to bathe and Lich could gain new wax if players tried to burn him.
