I loved this visual novel.
Very nice characters, great facial expressions.

There is one quibble: At the bus stop, when the animation starts with the girl, her gaze was not focused on her cell phone, but a little to the left and above.

I assume that you need to tweak the parameters. It should feel like the character is just as lifelike in the video as in the static renders.
