Too much clicking and not enough programming/learning. The game needs different ways to learn, maybe watching videos, reading blog posts, taking online courses, etc... I ended up skipping most of the dialogue because it didn't seem helpful. The questions in the quiz were not helpful because they're out of context and mostly very basic syntax. Some of the quizzes had repeat questions, making it easier to advance in the game and not that great for teaching.
Also, there's no mention of how much someone gets paid for the job. Someone with the knowledge presented in the game probably cannot get a senior software developer job. They might be able to get a junior developer job, but given the increase in people learning junior developer skills, that's still relatively unlikely. I think this should be stated up front so as not to deceive people into thinking that's all they need to know.
Overall, I'd describe the game as a story about one way someone got a developer job. There are many other ways. I'd like to see a game that's more like [Bitburner](https://store.steampowered.com/app/1812820/Bitburner/) but in an RPG genre that's focused on learning to code.
