Ghost Switch is such a charming visual novel! All the text is told through images. Not only are the pictograms/emoji used clearly enough to convey the VN's simple, fun plot, but they also don't confuse the eyes once they start moving about! The creator employed both a dynamic camera and dynamic text, which add punch and emotion. They also combine with the vivid art style extremely well to create a cute, poltergeist-style atmosphere.
The creator made all of this look very easy, but communicating in this wordless manner comes down to more than just good use of pictograms, but solid staging and having the wit to craft a story that COULD be told this way! I would recommend checking this one out!
