Although the visuals might be pretty common for an indie horror game, this developer has an incredible sense for creating immersion with cut scenes and hinting at whatever lurks off-screen, so it's a real delight to play this and get surprised over and over again. Yes, there are some tropes to be had but all in all, this game stood out for me for a near cinematic skill when it comes to forwarding the story. Great stuff!
