One of the best and easiest custom parameters plugins due to it's extreme ease of use (the notetags are even similar to YEP parameters-related plugins making it even better as most developer would run YEP). The only reason this is not 5 stars is that it lacks the ability to add new x/sparams and counters like HP, MP or TP.
