Great world-building tool. Also, the way the prompts are designed, it leaves a lot of room for interpretation and really getting into how the characters are interacting with one another. It can very easily be a sort of episodic dungeon crawler, or it can be a hero's journey sort of experience where there's a lot of character growth for the healer and party members alike. The adventure my healer went on in my first play of the game ended up being one of the latter, where I didn't necessarily set out to make a compelling story, but by the end I had grown so attached to all of the characters that I want to spend more time outside of my run to delve into their lives and the world they live in.

The game is really what you make it and can be as silly or as thoughtful as the player wants, without sacrificing any fun. I played with dice to add a bit more randomness to everything, but the choices are set up such that there is an appropriate dice for every decision you'd need to make. Incredible game. I convinced my friends to get it. I can't wait til they play so I can hear their stories.
