Swangman is a little hard to control, and there is no way to know where the next set of letters will show up, so you might swing into some unavoidable letters when they switch.  I also would've liked to see more feedback on the time limit than just the bar at the bottom, like a vignette (or the horrific suffocation animations)  Otherwise, great twist on hangman!
