I really like simplicity of this asset. Too bad there are no plans to expand the 16x16 collection. The animations are really well made. There's enough tile diversity to create small modern city. 

The only thing that keeps this from getting 5 stars is the fact none of the door are animated, which makes entering buildings feel static.
