I very much enjoyed playing this game, as I did with the other two chapters, though the abundance of evidence items left me a little confused by the time I reached the end of the game, mostly because I had lost track of which items to use during the cross examination of Trey.
Other than the liberal sprinkling of the '-' throughout the court room conversations ('Thank-you', 'day-after-tomorrow'), as well as the accidental addition of the letter 'g' at the end of a word that normally ends with 'n' (I think it was the word 'assumption'? I'm not sure about the particular word), all was fine in the grammatical aspect of the game.
The drift racing mode, though, had me guessing which action to use to counter the moves of the various drivers, especially since the words were a mouthful to begin with, and I couldn't correlate them with the facial expressions of the drivers; the hint words, though, helped out a lot (those highlighted in a different colour than white).
After that, it was a matter of trial and error with each driver, and then just sticking with the winning actions and follow-ups to steadily outpace them.
After beating most of the drivers, I had a feeling that I would be racing against Trey, which seemed odd at first as we thought he was quite friendly and a good sportsman, but after a while, it just seemed apt that he would be the final challenger.
Thank you for making Chad Hawke more human, as well as all the comedic segments in the game. Livewire in the second and 3rd chapter of this series was quite interesting, and seems to me to be the mentor for Anya, judging by how they use the same phrase that Anya taught Nina in the first chapter.
I feel bad for Nina ending up being seen in her underwear more often than not by Dylan (as well as the bunny outfit at the end of each chapter), so it's good to see that Dylan respects her privacy and that she's not so abashed when he sees her like this.
All in all, I look forward to the next few chapters, wherein we get to finally prove Anya's innocence one and for all (as well help the casino bartender cope with Jackie Marsden's murder) :D
