Easily one of the best RPGs I've played and I've played a LOT of RPGs. Excellent writing and characters, an intriguing, unique story that keeps you wanting to find out more, and extremely well-designed combat mechanics and boss fights that show that potential of turn-based RPGs. There are a few weaker elements (mostly in dungeon design and some town areas feeling very samey) but I'm more than willing to give a full 5 stars because of the ratio of good to bad plus updates from the creator addressing the biggest problem dungeon. Can't recommend this game more; I'd have gladly paid for it but it's FREE!
