This game perfectly captures the feel of 1990s Vertigo comics, particularly The Sandman, The Books of Magic, and Shade the Changing Man. The use of Tarot as the central game mechanic is straightforward and on theme. I'm looking forward to playing Oathbreakers with a copy of the Mage: the Awakening Tarot.
