Despite what you said in the Trash I don't think I spent much time waiting. Always something to move along. Fun trying to optimize paths and build good discs. Good humor, and a satisfying ending.
The gameplay was a little bland at times, and I wonder if adding more minigames like the mining one would help. It might just feel irritating, though.
The ending was great, but I got to it at the very end
of my shift and went up at the last second. The cutscene started before I
had any chance to play the ending. This felt really lame. I was robbed
of a nice cathartic action-filled payoff after the grindy disc building.
I went back after finishing the cutscene and got to try it out,
but it didn't hit as hard as it could have. I think you should really
make it so that the first time you activate the final machine it gives
you a little extra time to play around with it.
Other than that, art and sound was nice, and I didn't encounter any bugs.
