This is amazing! 

The game does so much with so little, both graphics and sound are used to create a uniquely unsettling atmosphere. While not exactly an enemy that black thing really rubbed up against my arachnophobia, which only served to heighten the tension.  But best of all is the win state, it's a really clever way to progress and I would love to see this concept explored further.
