An excellent example of leaning into the unique class system of Slayers. Not only does this character transform as you consume monsters (which is just an excellent way of doing advancement), but it's possible for you to lose your humanity and become a nightmarish monster for the GM to control! Cannot recommend enough that you need to  check this out.
