This game was beautiful. The mechanics of this game add so much to the storytelling, I have not seen a game with this mechanic before. It seemed to me like the main character was experiencing some form of dissociation and the drawing mechanic felt like it represented them slowly trying to put their world back together and figure out who they are and what was happening. I really liked the way  I really had no idea what many of the objects I was drawing were until they were nearly finished and I'd have the realization that it was a body, or a couch, or a person's face. The music really added to the experience; despite the dangerous and scary situation the protagonist was in, for most of the game it didn't feel like they weren't yet fully registering the magnitude of the situation as they were confused and trying to figure everything out. It felt like the music contributed to this tone and idea. I also do always love a game that's mostly black and white but occasionally uses a splash of some other color for emphasis.
