All of the interlinking story traits for the characters make the story magically come together. The world is a rich fantasy tapestry leaving plenty of openings for your own imagination to fill in more details. I highly recommend this if any of you are looking for a fast pick up and play game. It has a story arch — you travel to the Tree Under the Mountain in search of the Assassin and the Queen will always die — but what happens in-between and what happens to your characters at the end is the story you tell/discover. The set story arch allows it to be run quickly in one session. However if you are like me and my friends and like to flesh out scenes to really give life to the stories and characters it will run a bit longer. It has solid replayablity too as the individual character traits can interlink in numerous ways.
