A wonderful take on Little Nemo in Slumberland that pays loving homage to the animated film and especially the NES game, as well as serving as a love letter to the childhood of the 80s and 90s.  But this game is also excellent in its own right, with a charming and unexpectedly emotional story and cast, and smooth, engaging gameplay, as well as a satisfying element of exploration.  A great game all around and a rewarding, meaningful treat especially to any who have loved Nemo's adventures in any form.  In my history of Kickstarter backing, Little Nemo and the Guardians of Slumberland is definitely a highlight.
