Fae Forest is a perfect little expansion for Village Emporium. It adds a new trader with new trade goods and introduces special items that tie neatly into the Fae Forest's mechanics, plus an item (Compass) that works great in the base game too. These items act as personal upgrades for your character, and they're honestly my favorite part of the expansion. The Fae Forest Events Table brings a lot of flavor as well. It'll take some effort to venture into the Fae Forest, but it's absolutely worth it to bring new and interesting stock to your shop. However, be on the lookout for fairies. They're mischievous devils...
