In developement but with really nice graphics and a good  atmosphere. Honestly I'd play this game even without the NSFW. A bit violent (but i guess it's the genra that wants this i guess), but with a great atmoshere (gib gg to the soud designer).
Personally in terms of gameplay , I would add a combo and a perfect parry system (to counter every type of attacks the ennemys throw at you), as well as an XP system with loot based progression that could be obtain in chest or by killing monsters/boss (with, why not, a crafting table to buil weapons and gears). 
Regarding the animations, I recommend adding a cumflation option as well as quick advance between the differents stage in the scenes (+ a real ejaculatory animation (a bit more graphic)).

In any case, I have great hopes for this game and i can't wait to follow it's evolution. Strength and honor to the developers !
