One thing I thought after playing No Fap Island (great game by the way) is that it would be even better if there was a futa somewhere in the mix. Crown or Lust, made by the same dev, does just that, which is always appreciated. 

Beyond that, I like how the dev actually characterizes the characters (creative, I know) with solid personalities instead of just "Oi guv I'd like summa ya winky, please and thank ye chip chip cheerio".  I'm always a big fan of characters that seem like they haven't just been sitting in an empty room waiting their entire lives for you to show up.
