This is an excellent counterpoint to Kin-Bright and Spearhand Faring!! A lot to chew on in its contrasts with them. I love to contemplate the situations that emerge in the crumbling of empire. The descriptive parts here are incredible, also; places and moments spring to completely to life in the mind.
