Having been impressed with FamiStudio I was eager to try this one out. Playing with it for a few weeks, this easily became my go-to music program!

I really liked putting together sampled notes and playing with the Effect Chains. The interface is generally easy to use and I feel I go from idea to song fairly quick. It balances the capability of making retro and modern sounding tracks.

I had some hurdles that may throw some people off: You will need to use an external program to make custom sound fonts with .sf2 files (I personally went for polyphone).  I felt some of the UI could be a bit clearer and that the documentation needs some work in places.

Despite any hurdles, very impressed with this one! I hope to see more folks compose with it!
