Frustrating as hell at first, but oddly compelling.
The core scanning mechanics make up one of the most complex main game loops I've seen in a while, and the audio and visuals make for a great atmosphere. It's always nice to see a game with properly dark nights. And man, can it get CREEPY when it wants to.
Kinda wish I could adjust the hunger and sleep decay rates (and maybe the frequency of nightmares), and I wish I'd known to press the transformer button TWICE after a failure. Would appreciate an easier way to clean up all the trash (man, that's a LOT of trash). And performance could be better in the HQ.
But despite some initial confusion and annoyance, it does seem to keep me coming back...
