This is definitely a game best played with a notebook at hand and in one sitting; especially if you're as bad as I am at names and descriptions. This was a masterpiece. The walkthrough and in-game hint system work beautifully when you need them, and the story is genuinely a delight. I'm a bit squeamish and could have done without some of the descriptions, but none were so jarring to put me off entirely, and there's no jump scares or anything of the sort so this is the rare kind of horror/thriller game I can actually enjoy. Definitely my current top game of 2026.
