Terrible, Does not do as shown. This tool pixalates however it Moves the Image to do so, basically its a Resizing tool that has extra Features. Not worth it. If they made it so the image did NOT move and you could control the size of the pixels would be better. Also tends to only pixelate Edges, the middle is mostly untouched when pixelating
