This is a really great game.

I hope to see it when it's finished. The characters are interesting, and different events are engaging. There are certain scenarios I would like to see have more branches, but they (the scenarios in question) are fine with their current number of paths.

Though I keep forgetting about the first payment, so I don't know if anything different happens if you are actually able to pay the first time rent is due.
