A downloadable game for Windows.

Meeting a follower that carries on the spirit of the minor yet masterpiece PSP title "Rengoku" in 2026 feels nothing short of a miracle.

Despite its simple structure of repeated  1v1 battles with two types of arms, it fully conveys the game's concept.

The BGM, action, and  roguelike replaybility are all highly addictive. Anyone who ever had their heart stolen by "Rengoku" should play this game.

Given the game's scale, it already delivers more than enough satisfaction. Still, I'd like to note a few points that might spark future updates.

#Machine guns feel weak while shotguns are overpowered

  •  No matter how high the fire rate or accuracy, machine gun bullets often miss most of the magazine due to bullet velocity. Shotguns, where even a partial hit counts, end up dominating at range.
  • No matter how powerful a machine gun is, it can't stagger enemies. Shotguns, however, almost always stagger near-dead opponents, giving them a clear damage opportunity.
  • Enemies also stagger you with shotguns to deal heavy damage, so your only winning strategy becomes using shotguns to whittle them down first.

#There are specifications users can't verify when choosing equipment

  • The difference is between weapons with Energy and those without is unclear; please clearly state each weapon's characteristics.
  • It's unclear whether sidearms have distinct damage values or characteristics(e.g., both "MAG PULSE II" and "ENERGY LANCE V" list HIGH DAMAGE-is the only difference the 2-round capacity change?).

#Desired elements in combat strategy

  • Since taking damage is often unavoidable, reversing the damage race is difficult depending on the map and equipment performance. I want more player skill involvement, like making dashing evasion easier but increasing the risk of taking damage when attacking.
  • I want clear audio and visual cues when enemies run out of sidearm ammo or when their cooldowns done.
  • I want a slight change in the firing sound when a magazine is running low during firing.

#Other

  • Allow dry-firing weapons outside combat to check their behavior.
  • Please add numbers to each part of the loadout. (I can no longer tell which is the default.)
