TOGI FOUND FUCKING DEAD, OH MY GOD

I enjoyed the setting, and the characters. The minigames were... okay. The hangman one felt unclear to me how I should be going about guessing, so I got it wrong on my first go through, and the chess one is brutal. But I guess there is a skip from what I understand so I can't complain too much. That said I would've appreciated a little more writing and a little less minigame....

Personally, the 4th wall breaks were extremely hit or miss. I don't know that most of them did anything for me, though the "emblem! it's a fire door" made me chuckle. The random quip about playing weird visual novels almost makes me vindictive enough to smack a whole star off. I like the extremely loose and casual narration otherwise, but I don't think poking fun at your target audience is literally ever a good idea. it always reads in poor taste to me.

that said the art is PHENOMENAL, some of the best in the whole jam, really gorgeous backgrounds and sprites, gave the characters a whole lotta life. Can't blame togi, big robot men hot. Hopefully you'll win on the next round buddy ;v;
