Seriously incredible pixel art and visual style here! This was really a treat to play through. The chiptune adaptions of the songs were great, and I liked the different mechanics used throughout the levels. The cutscenes were perfect. A really fun romp from start to finish, and I'll be recommending this to others.
That said, some of the environmental traps and the boss fights felt a little unfair though due to the lack of telegraphing. This was especially frustrating with some of the spiked balls on a timer that suddenly appeared and with the falling sandbags towards the end. In the boss fights, it was difficult to time jumps over or moves under jumping bosses due to the lack of telegraphing, though it was easy to tell when they'd attack due to the use of telegraphing there.
I also think I found two bugs in my playthrough. The first bug was when walking from one moving platform to another in the lab section with Janet. She was dropped into the void after changing platforms because it seemed like the new platform's movement didn't appear to be transferred to her. I was more interested in playing through to the end though, so I didn't go back to try and reproduce. The second bug looked to be a race condition where I defeated the final boss and died at the same time but the game's ending played out regardless.
