I had a blast playing Necromancer Heretic. I loved the card game and the rules, although it took me some time to wrap my head around them. 

Really appreciate the fact that you can make this as narrative-focused as you like. I prioritised storytelling in my first playthrough. But if you want, you can easily condense the narrative and wrap it up in 45 minutes or an hour (something I'll experiment with next time). 

Highly recommend this game. There's a great deal of replay value here. The art is also beautiful, and once you learn the rules, it's easy to get hooked on the mechanics. Or you can get carried away by your story, ditch strategy altogether, and still have a great time!
