Super Lesbian Animal RPG is a beautiful game.  I went in expecting the whimsical Earthboundesque writing, but I didn't expect the mechanics to be as brilliant as they were.  The way that characters synergize and play their roles was something I haven't seen before.   It's a pleasant evolution of turn based mechanics that is both strategic and storytelling.  The optional bosses late in the game were especially fun and challenging!

The story follows the beats you expect from a modern wholesome rpg, but the colorful characters and entertaining dialogue make the journey well worth your time.  I finished the game around 19 hrs, which was perfect.  Nothing in the game overstayed its welcome, and it was constantly exploring new locations, puzzle mechanics, and abilities.

All-in-all, one of the better rpgs I've played.  I was smiling through a lot of this game, which is something I think we all need these days.  Give it a shot!
