Went into this with no idea what the rules were or anything, and very quickly figured everything out. The cards themselves and the base mechanics are explained perfectly and it's very easy to get in and play. Just playing the basic difficulty, I was able to win on my first attempt, usually only needing 2 spins to complete a level and the occasional third spin. Certain talisman feel incredibly strong, I had the crown, the broken clock, and the one that upgrades from black coloured cards. The other three talisman I obtained did not mesh with my build at all (A gem build mainly but near the end I was getting so many points I just put in whatever), and felt meaningless to obtain. Overall the game is fun, obviously inspired by balatro but there's enough difference in ideas I feel to give a unique experience. I do think there is some great structure with how the talisman are laid out and the usage of colours and other classes such as animals, gems, etc. I do think some additional balancing could be done, black cards in particular felt extremely strong across the board. Gems also seemed very strong early game whilst other classes needed more time to build. I was not particularly fond of how discarding a card was a choice between three, as the one time I went to discard my three options were vital cards to my deck and even upon re-rolling I didn't truly want to remove any of the options. It almost always felt better to spend re-rolls to add a random black card into my deck no matter what it was then to discard a card. Do not take any of that the wrong way, this is probably one of the best if not the best play in browser game I have played on this website. It's fun, it has loads of potential, and it is clear thought, time, and effort went into making this smooth and enjoyable. I would like to see some more expansiveness to the gameplay, maybe a shop or 'special rounds' as generic ideas. I look forward to seeing any future developments, you have a good game on your hands.
