Only way to figure out rules is to look at posted solution, which are scattered through the comments with random broken/altered links.

Looking at solutions to figure out the rules makes the puzzles pointless.

I can only assume that someone posted this based on an existing game with friends.  Custom user level or something.  Wish there was a way to report "games" like this to have them removed.
