Pretty cool, the gameplay was easy to understand and the animations were of good quality. Like the other comments have said though, it would be good if the fantasy world was expanded on a little and there were more thoughts about certain things.

It would also be cool if the mechanics of the game got more complex or something as the game went on, because it did get a little bit boring to wait for the bar to fill up after realizing that I didn't have to actually *read* what the text was saying. The horny thoughts had hearts while the normal ones didn't, so the game instantly became easy once I noticed that detail.

If there were ever gonna be more characters added, I think it'd be cool if there were queer characters or something. Just for the extra rep, because it wouldn't hurt to have some.

Overall, this game was a quick and simple one to play, it's the kind of game I would play to help pass the time without doing anything too serious.
