I honestly dislike the new redesigns, the art style is fine just that some characters didn't need to be changed as much as they were. Though some I do like, like Carl and Oz. Carl is more foxlike and it fits his personality and character. Although, I would like it if Fawna had just bit more personality other than her sabotaged job and anime fanatism.  And well the deer references.  Most of them are fine it's just that it was a little overboard. I still like the game, even if as of right now I cannot bring myself to finish it since most of the character designs make me genuinely sad. For instance, there was a lot of potential with the canon mc, she could have been a bit chunkier, since she likes her job but outside of that she seems a bit absent-minded and lazy meaning she'd maybe look like someone who lives on ramen and snacks. (Granted I haven't played too far past the original demo but still) I like her color palette but it could be warmer and paired with more earthy greens and darker browns. And she could have hobbies aligning with nature like hiking and stuff, which would fit since she was an officer and would need to exercise to stay fit anyway. But honestly it's just my opinion and I'm probably just a tad annoying complaining after the creator worked so hard. Which I'm really grateful for them because I think even if I'm not completely happy with everything the game is still good and clearly has a lot of care put into it. :3
