i think the writing is genuinely very good, but i can't get over how one route is entirely based on <details><summary>spoiler warning</summary>

the MC killing the 'love interest' yuzuki for actually being gay and uninterested in her because he already had a partner. even in ichigo's route, though it's not for him being gay, yuzuki's partner is killed. i know it's a yandere game, but it was a bit jarring.
