Apparently there are different endings to the game, but it's not really obvious how you get to a lot of them. You'll often just be sitting around and randomly get some event, without any way to guess what caused it. 

The Sympathy meter is harder to fill than the Lust meter too.

Other than a little weirdness here and there, though, it'd about as much fun as you'd hope to have from a dating sim/dress-up game.
