Trying to get all the endings is tedious because of the slowness of the cutscene. It increases the tension, but only the first time.

Idk if the rest of the story in the paid version provides more explanation, but the "true end" makes absolutely no sense (if the woman who comes into the house after the PC is who the game says she is, why's she carrying a knife?)
