Early review, so far this is promising.  The game is VERY short though.  It took me about 15ish minutes to read.

Too early to see choices/consequences.

Good/evil path.   Dominate paths are actually dominate/degrading vs most soft porn "dominate" or "submissive" where submissive is a female actually wanting to get on top or dominate is simply doggy style with "I fucked her hard booyah!"

Comes with a guide, which is nice as it allows the player to steer the story to what they want, if they want or turn it off(checks with reader at start, so easy to do)

Chick with dick.  

Girls are cuter than Actual Roomates and I think the BF or GF is the MC model from the previous game as she's particularly cute.  Some are a little more manly.  Not my flavor but if the personalities are there (karlach) who cares?

Good writing, lots of promise.  Not my genre but the dominate flavor and great writing/story so far has me hooked.  Kinda like cyberpunk where I hate first person and I have no infinite to the cyberpunk world, but loved the game and got lost in it for thousands of hours.  Too bad that game didn't really focus much on relationships.  

Overall, this has the potential to be another S-Tier game by the author and I look forward to see where it goes when I check back in, in a few years.

Flavors:  Domination/shaming choices.   Foot play (not my flavor, but cool) Cock choking, extra cum to be cleaned up by girls (always fun to get a little extra in scenes).  Probably caring paths?  I didn't go that route. Oh yeah, and MC is chick with dick.

Models:  They look to all be of adult age and none seemed infantile in personality.  

Fun time criticisms or more thoughts:   I think they need a little more build up.   Climaxes feel a bit sudden, but this is a minor quibble.   One thing I'd love is if different flavors where available as choices (see being a dik).  Probably a lot of work, which I would guess is why most don't do that, but down the road that would be nice.  Players then can rotate through choices until they're ready for climaxes (or give multiples).   Also fun when repeated run throughs deliver different outcomes (BAD had a scene with Jill, where repeated run throughs eventually got her to orgasm... I think it was Jill).

Errors:   During sex scene with GF: MC says GF's line of "It hurts so bad/good" when it should have been the GF saying it.  Underwear (I think?) from that scenes looks like textured cum and it took me about a minute to figure out what it was as I thought it might have been some dark power or outsider attack blacking out the GF's eyes.  Or a glitch  Apart from those, I didn't spot any others errors with the path I took.  I think the GF reacting more to the hit or seeing it leave the hands might help with understanding what it is.  Just missing some context to fully connect.
