I love getting the different generational examples of misremembered or mistranslated things that we experience! For me, I watched this one mermaid series as a kid but cannot find anything about it online. I can picture the artstyle and her tail and know that the plot was about a mermaid girl who also could become human and her adventures, but nope! Nothing comes up! Did I misremember? Did it really happen? Was it all a dream? Who knows!
