Adventures in the Hundred Kingdoms is a game full of flavour. The mechanics is simple, with two stats plus skills. I love how the writer creates a living, breathing setting with Filipino culture and folklore. From the Batuk'an whose tattoos tell of their combat prowess, to the currency system that uses bulawan (gold bits), pearls and gold barter rings; every detail helps paint this masterpiece of a setting.
