Honestly a game that really made me feel nostalgic to the time back as a kid, where everything was new and interesting.
I considered reducing my rating by one star due to there not being too much gameplay in the classic sense. However, I don't think it would've achieved the same feeling as it does now if it were, so I left it as is.
Honestly, the way this game encourages exploration is something I've rarely seen. I think what helps the most is that the player isn't driven by a narrative that they follows/chases, but rather let the player have short but sweet discoveries, and not extremely interesting ones that might leave the player chase one dopamine high after another, but "mundane", slice of life stuff that is easy to relate to. The environment being rather simplistic also helps greatly, preventing the player from getting overloaded with sights and lets discoveries pop out more.
An amazing game for deliberately slow days.
