A short, fun, cryptic and unforgiving metroidvania with a ZX spectrum aesthetic. The few upgrades are diverse and the rooms, though hard at times, were fun to explore. The world is small enough not to need a map. The overall experience was positive and I'm looking forward to more games from the developer.
That said, a saving feature or at least some sort of password system would have added a lot to the game so it doesn't have to be completed in one sitting.
The floating mechanic is really fiddly to use with an analog stick, I switched to keyboard after getting that upgrade. I think it would have been easier to do if it were mapped to a button on controller.
It was probably just me not paying enough attention to the La-Mulana-like tablets, but I solved one puzzle using brute force because I didn't know the solution when I had nowhere else to go.
