This is a loving tribute to Mega Man: The Wily Wars, but for the back half of the NES Mega Man games.  Thus far, we only have Mega Man 4, but there are tons of neat features that are totally optional, like playing as Proto Man, Roll, or Man (clearly some sort of meme I'm not aware of), difficulty levels, weapons from other games, and much more!  This is made from the ground up; it's not a hack, which makes it even more impressive!  It's totally on brand, too; the backgrounds are incredible, and breathe new life into the old stages, especially Skull Man's which is easily my favorite.  Speaking of Skull Man, the music here is just incredible; the only one I don't really like is Pharoah Man's which lacks a lot of the oomph that the NES version had.  This version's also a bit harder, but mostly due to rebalancing; you can't perform tricks with the Ring Boomerany anymore, and it's harder to exploit the Pharoah Shot for double hits, but you'll know this, because you can test them right from the Weapon Get screen, which is a lovely feature.  Can't wait for the rest!
