Have played this one in the past. Helicopter 'landlady' with seperation anxiety gets roped into 'helping' for medical reasons. The quality on this one is a lot higher than I'd expect though. Short and sweet. 

Only 1 (extremely lengthy) payoff at the end being the downside of the experience.
