A delightful bloody-centered dark chocolate of a story. Perfectly paced, knows exactly what it is and revels in it, and full of loving horror (my favourite kind). Mede and Adam are so delightfully Normal about each other, and that surgery scene was delightfully dreamlike and bloody. 

Definitely going to pick up your other books (i think First Creation is actually already on my TBR, but I'm bumping it up for SURE now)
