This game is absolutely wonderful. Still haven't 100%'d it because I haven't yet figured out to reach the secret boss ( that and I suck at the game ), but it's dripping with love and care from every nook and cranny. Visuals are beautiful, music is awesome, combat encounters, controls, and weapon design are all just about perfect.

The one fight I haven't been 1000% on board with so far was Kiara, simply because she was such a difficulty spike compared to the rest of the EN bosses. Not a badly designed fight by any means, mind you -- it was still very fun to play through; my only problem is that her fight is way harder for some reason, maybe because I sort of had to switch up my playstyle while fighting her. While before I would take a very guns-blazing approach with Aqua's weapon, keeping a consistent Fubuki-shield up between attacks and capable of dodging most attacks pretty easily, I had to change up my style for Kiara, relying on mostly the shield rather than the swords -- just barely managing to duck and weave through her attacks while slowly chipping away at her health with uncharged bullets and shield projectiles. Again, still a very fun fight, I just wish it was a bit more consistent difficulty-wise with the other EN bosses. Not that I'd mind it staying this way either, of course; it did help me wise up and try not to charge in blindly into every fight, even if I did keep doing that to an extent.]

All in all, this game is an absolute joy to play through from start to finish, and then long after as well. It controls like a dream, and despite appearing to have a somewhat lower difficulty than typical Megaman games ( which are clearly their inspiration ) due to less instakill-heavy design and a lack of a lives system, that makes it even more fun and accessible to more casual players like me. This game is a work of art, and a work of passion and love. Absolute recommend to anyone who's a fan of platformers, Megaman, and / or Hololive.
