general-error rated Once in a Lifetime

A downloadable game for Windows, macOS, Linux, and Android.

Having played Caribdis' wonderful Eternum, I was underwhelmed at first: Because the girls had that lifeless, artificial CGI puppet look and feel, and the lighting of the renderings was very flat... but the story (revolving around a demonic cult and an ancient grimoire) kept me going... and the longer the game went, the better it got. it began to have real atmosphere and i started to really attach to those girls. by the end, it was completely on par with its follow-up, Eternum -- a great mix of sex and horror with a bit of humor sprinkled on top. it was fun to be able to watch someone get better at making his game while playing it :)

all in all, i can really recommend this one. but those who have played Eternum first will have to bring a little patience. so it's not perfect, but for a game that is completely free, i can't really complain, and I have to thank Caribdis again for sharing his work and making my autistic loneliness a bit more sufferable :)
